Join us for a day dedicated to our rice. Starting with a guided tour of our fields, continuing with a tasting of show cooking risottos paired with our wines.
The day will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a tour of the company led by Markus Giger, Head of Agriculture and pioneer of rice cultivation in Switzerland, where you will discover the secrets of cultivating our fields.
Following this, rice sommelier Valentina Jennarelli will prepare two risottos in show cooking, made with local ingredients and expertly paired with our wines by Antonio Pischedda, Sommelier and head of the Enoteca Alimentare.
Valentina and Antonio will guide you through each pairing, offering a detailed explanation of the flavours and culinary choices. The tasting will conclude with a dessert.
