Register as a new owner or new tenant of a holiday house or apartment.
Here are the steps to follow in order to register as a new owner or new tenant of a holiday house or apartment. New tenants can register if they have a rental contract of 3 months or more. Before registering, please read and take note of the "Legge sul turismo (LTur) e tasse turistiche" (Tourism Act (LTur) and tourist taxation, in particular art. 21 LTur), available in Italian.
How to register as a new owner or new tenant of a holiday home:
- Download and complete the registration form
- Send the completed and signed register form by post or e-mail to the responsible office in the area
Important! A form must be completed for each property.
