The apartment is located just a 13-minute walk from the Locarno train station and the port.
It has an area of 90 m2 and a large balcony of 28 m2, with a view of Lake Maggiore, Monte Verità, the mountains of Cardada and Gambarogno. The apartment is elegant, welcoming, of quality; all its spaces are airy and very bright.

The building, an expression of the modern architecture of the Canton of Ticino, comprises only 10 units and stands next to the Sanctuarium Artis Elisarion Museum.

From the external landing, on the second floor, which can be reached by external stairs or the lift, you enter the atrium. From the living room and dining room, delimited by large sliding French windows, you go out onto the balcony, where you can set up a table for 12 people, with a view of Cardada, Monte Verità and Lake Maggiore. The two bedrooms also overlook the balcony, again with large sliding French windows. The multipurpose study can be transformed into a third bedroom. The beds are at most 6.
Generous built-in wardrobes separate the living area from the sleeping area. The two bathrooms, ventilated and bright, have heated floors. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, ceramic glass hob, central hood, fan oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The garden below, with palm trees, camellias and fruit trees, is sheltered and furnished with a large granite table, which is also available.

The area is quiet but central, 10min from the beach on the shores of Lake Maggiore, 5min from the Migros, Coop, Denner supermarkets, post office, ATM, pharmacy, schools and bus stops.
