Festival Internazionale Ruggero Leoncavallo

The Festival takes place in Brissago evey year and is dedicated to the great Neapolitan Maestro Ruggero Leoncavallo, who wrote various compositions and piano pieces during his life spent in Brissago at the beginning of the 20th century.

Three-night event of Operatic and Lyric music:

• 05/17/2025 - Opening concert with the Lugano Chamber Orchestra "200 years of Strauss"
• 05/24/2025 - Operatic Lyric Concert with tenor Ottavio Palmieri and baritone Gabriele Nani, accompanied on the piano by Maestro Giovanni Brollo
• 05/31/2025 - Closing Lyric Concert with tenor Marco Berti and soprano Sarah Tisba
