"As beautiful as a painting, as precious as a masterpiece, strong and fragile at the same time: nature is the absolute protagonist of this open-air installation by Gianblu. 50 coloured wooden frames circumscribe a portion of vegetation, framing fronds, branches and bark from an unusual vantage point. By forcing the observer to look up from below to above, from earth to heaven, the mind pursues a thought of spiritual elevation. But if the gaze rejoices, a sinister thought comes to mind, what if so much beauty disappears? Regardless of the cry of alarm that nature is sending us, will we be forced to remember it only reproduced in paintings? The message that the artist wants to send is this: the heritage to be saved is nature, the true masterpiece to be framed."

The signed and numbered 1/50 frames are on sale for CHF 200 and the proceeds will be donated to the Ticino Cancer League. They will be delivered at the end of the installation.
