Swiss Amateur Theatre Biennial 2024

The Swiss Amateur Theatre Biennial 2024 will take place in Locarno from October 4 to 6. This unique event brings together amateur theatre groups from all of Switzerland's linguistic regions. Two groups from each language area (Italian, German, French, and Romansh) will present captivating and passionate performances. Join us for three days of theatre passion and support creativity!

During the 3 days different companies and shows will alternate:

5 October 10.45am - Teatro delle Contrade - "UI rubestich" - Teatro di Locarno

5 October 3pm - Uniun da Teater Vuorz - "Il tribunal dil luf" - Teatro di Locarno

5 October 4:15 pm - Theater Zürich Nord - "Paket im Aaflug" - Teatro Paravento

5 October 6.00pm - Les dispARaTes - "Les soeurs Donahue" - Teatro di Locarno

6 October 9.45am - Group from Teater Ftan - "Be fö e flomma" - Teatro di Locarno

6 October 11:00 - C'Oz - "tout in Couleur" - Teatro di Locarno
