Keyboardist and organist Simon Oslender is one of the most promising young jazz musicians on the European scene. A member of several bands, including The Spykillers led by saxophone icon Bill Evans, he tours with artists such as Steve Gadd, Nils Landgren, and Randy Brecker. In Ascona, he performs in a trio with Claus Fischer, a highly sought-after bassist in jazz, funk, and rock, and with his friend Jérôme Cardynaals, a drummer influenced by the rhythms of New Orleans, with whom he has played since childhood. In the past, Simon and Jérôme formed the duo Twogether, which made a splash throughout Europe.
