Double anniversary RONCO CULTURA

For 25 years at the forefront of Ronco's cultural promotion, the Ronco Culture and Traditions Association (ARCT) has given itself a new name RONCO CULTURA and is delighted to toast with you and share a rich and enjoyable cultural afternoon in Casa Ciseri. An overview of our extensive archive will be on display for the first time, illustrating our main achievements since 1999. We will also be showing a historical documentary by RSI and a recent video-reportage by ART-TV, with content on the hamlet of Fontana Martina and Manon's artistic work on a historical building in Ronco.
Last but not least, we will be presenting to the public for the first time the rich private photographic archive of Ursula Jordi (1937-2024), whom we would like to thank sincerely for having ceded the copyright of her father Fritz Jordi Jr.'s (1911-1980) precious photographic archive to our association. Fritz Jordi Jr. masterfully captured the genius loci of Ronco and its surroundings in the 1930s-1960s and skilfully restored the atmosphere of that unique symbiosis of man, nature, landscape and architecture. The 2.30 p.m. guided tour, led by architect and town planner Sabrina Németh, is offered by the Municipality of Ronco s/A and requires registration (limited places).
