Concert

As part of the autumn programme of the 4Concerti, the first appointment is Saturday 21 September 2024, at 5:00 pm in Intragna, Chiesa San Gottardo, Nuno Santos (tenor), Duilio Galfetti and Fiorenza De Donatis (violins), and Andrea Pedrazzini (organ and harpsichord) will offer a musical journey that, starting from the Baroque with Bach's Passacaglia in C Minor, arias by Handel and Bach and Trio Sonatas, arrives at modernity with Philip Glass's "Mad Rush". Also on the programme is Vierne's "Carillon de Westminster", which transforms the organ into a sounding board for London bells.
