EDWARD QUINN

Irish photographer Edward Quinn (1920-1997) lived and
worked as a photographer from the 1950s onwards on the
French Riviera, during the so-called 'golden years'. the famous
stage for celebrities from the worlds of entertainment
art and business.

Its images capture the unique charm, sophistication
and chic elegance of this legendary time and place.

Among the celebrities and stars immortalised by Quinn are
Maria Callas, Winston Churchill, Brigitte Bardot, Marlon Brando,
Max Ernst, Cary Grant, Rita Hayworth, Audrey Hepburn,
David Hockney, Rock Hudson, Grace Kelly, Henri Matisse,
Kim Novak, Sophia Loren, Aristotle Onassis, Pablo Picasso,
Liz Taylor, John Wayne, Orson Welles and many others.
