The Museo Comunale d'Arte Moderna di Ascona is delighted to welcome as a permanent loan 189 works, mainly graphic works, from the Werner Coninx Foundation of Zurich. Among the artists represented - most of whom are connected with the Collections and Funds that the Ascona Museum preserves and curates and which, thanks to this generous loan, will be able to be enhanced even more - are the names of great personalities such as Marc Chagall, Lyonel Feininger, Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee, Fernand Léger, August Macke, Franz Marc, Suzanne Valadon, Édouard Vuillard, to name but a few.
