“Elisir di Primavera” - Alexandra von Burg Solo Exhibition

Alexandra von Burg was born in 1968 in Ticino (Switzerland), where she currently lives and creates her works. In 2000 she began her artistic career, teaching herself. Her first experiences were in painting on silk, to which she soon added acrylic paints on canvas and mixed techniques, always experimenting with new and innovative solutions. Since 2001 she has participated in artistic events on a national and international level. In 2002 she became a member of the Ticino painters and sculptors association (Associazione Pittori e Scultori Ticinesi). Other important activities include her painting courses for children and many fascinating murals created for public buildings and private homes. From 2014 till 2021 she is the President of the Ticino painters ans sculptors association www.apst-ticino.ch
