Museo Casa Rusca

The Museo Casa Rusca is located in a restored building from the 18th century and was inaugurated in 1987. It is home to Locarno's art collections, which are displayed in temporary exhibitions.

In the spaces of the Art Gallery temporary exhibitions are staged regularly and display artworks by Swiss artists and artists from abroad. During exhibition changeover periods the Gallery is closed to the public.

Accessibility Services

This cultural/tourist point of interest took part in the digital data mapping project on accessibility by Pro Infirmis. The project was carried out with the collaboration and support of Ticino Turismo, the four regional tourist organisations and the Department of Education, Culture and Sport.
